Who may use Cuffed

You must be at least 13 to use Cuffed. Adult games are only for people 18 or older. To enter, you must sign in, provide an accurate birthdate showing you are at least 18, and explicitly confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these Terms. Cuffed currently relies on your declaration and does not independently verify your age or identity. Give accurate information and keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Shared spaces

A room links two people. Each partner may see and change shared content, including plans, memories, photos, and pet details. Only share a room or invite link with someone you trust. A partner may retain copies of information they have already seen. Game prompts and check-ins are for conversation and entertainment, not professional relationship, medical, or mental-health advice.

Your content and consent

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Cuffed permission to store, process, and display it to you and your linked partner to provide the service. Upload only content you have the right to share. Do not upload another person’s intimate image without that person’s explicit consent, including an altered or generated image presented as them. Do not use Cuffed to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or violate someone’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts when needed to respond to reports, protect users, or comply with law.

Cuffed's own content

The Cuffed app, including its software, design, artwork, game formats, prompts and question collections, and the Cuffed name and logo, belongs to Cuffed's operator and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use it only through the app, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or republish any part of it, or use it to build a competing product, without written permission.

Report harmful content

To report nonconsensual intimate imagery, privacy violations, or other harmful content, email [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the content and how to reach you. Do not send the intimate image itself unless we specifically ask for it. We will review reports and take action required by applicable law.

Availability and changes

Cuffed is a developing service and may change, have interruptions, or lose functionality. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them. You may stop using Cuffed at any time and request account or content deletion through the contact above.

Legal terms

To the extent permitted by law, Cuffed is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights under California consumer law. California law governs disputes to the extent applicable, subject to mandatory protections where you live.
